The first set on our top 10 list is the Astronomy Tower - the tenth largest LEGO Harry Potter set.

There's lots to see and do here - the set contains the Potions master's classroom, Hogwarts' greenhouse, the Ravenclaw dormitory and Hogwarts' tallest tower for Astronomy class.

The Attack on the Burrow set features the Weasley's house - covered with brightly coloured red roofs and a wonky architecture.

One side of the house opens up to reveal the interior for additional play.

It comes with the minifigures Ron, Ginny, Arthur and Molly Weasley, Nymphadora Tonks, Bellatrix Lestrange, Fenrir Greyback and Harry Potter.

The Hogwarts Chamber of Secrets was released in April 2021 and contains 1176 pieces and 11 minifigures including a Gold Voldemort as part of LEGO's 20th anniversary celebrations.

Set 4842 isn't the first LEGO Hogwarts Castle made, but it is the first to feature in our top 10 list.

Released in 2010, it contained 1290 pieces making it the biggest Hogwarts Castle at the time. The previous largest was set 5378 released in 2007; and the first Hogwarts Castle - set 4709 - contained 682 pieces and was released in 2001!

These giant renditions of the Harry and Hermione minifigures really impress. The figures are posable with movable hands, leg and hip joints and Harry's head rotates too.

Both models are 26cm (10 inches) tall so they are sure to stand out when on display.

They can built separately, making them a great way to share the experience.

The first of two Diagon Alley sets on our list, this set is the older version available in 2011 - 2013.

Containing an impressive 2,025 pieces this rendition of Diagon Alley featured Ollivanders Wand Shop, Borgin and Burkes, and Gringotts Wizarding Bank.

The very recently released Hogwarts Icons set makes it to fourth on our top 10 list.

This impressive set of LEGO Harry Potter collectibles such as Tom Riddle's diary, a tray of potions, Harry's glasses and a Hogwarts invitational letter which Hedwig the owl sits upon looks fantastic, and with 3,010 bricks included the build will keep you quiet for quite a while!

Part of the LEGO Art range, the Harry Potter Hogwarts Crests contain 4,249 pieces so you can make your own house crest.

Or combine 4 together to make a giant Harry Potter art display.

The second Diagon Alley on the list is the most recent, and it's a brilliant build as we discussed in our set review.

At 5,544 pieces there's a lot to build here, and the variety of stores means there's a great variety in colours and build techniques too.

And finally, we have the 6,020 piece Hogwarts Castle.

Finally, a fully formed detailed LEGO model of the entire Hogwarts Castle. However, Hogwarts Castle is quite a large building, which is why the decision was made to use micro-figures to keep scale. Therefore, you'll get 24 micro-figures and 4 minifigures in this set.

Still, this is an impressive LEGO display piece measuring 58cm (22 inches) high, 69cm (27 inches) wide and 43cm (16 inches) deep. Overall, it's a superb build.
